SPECIAL ORDERS:

I do take special requests or special orders at the moment.

PAYMENT:

I accept payments with PayPal only, you can pay if you have a credit or debit card even if you are not a PayPal member.

I can only send your payment back in the case the item is lost in the way to your home. I cannot make any refunds in the case you don’t like the item when you receive it, but I can exchange it for another one if you pay the shipping back of your old item and the shipping of your new item. I make sure of taking very good pictures of my dolls and art, so you can really have a good look at them in every way and this doesn’t happen.

Remember the prices are in Canadian dollars, the conversion of your purchase will be applied according to your currency.

SHIPPING:

Shipping will take around a 7 to 15 "business days" depending on the country you live in. If you need an expedite delivery or registered, please send me an e-mail and I will let you know the charges, otherwise your item will be sent via regular mail. Be aware that if you buy Monday to Wednesday I’ll ship it on Thursday, and if you buy from Thursday to Sunday I’ll ship it on Monday (unless I´m free and in that case I will ship it next day). In any case I will let you know exactly when your purchase will be shipped.

I don’t send any purchase until I get the final payment for it.

GIFTS:

If you want to send an item as a gift to someone, just send me an e-mail telling me so after your purchase is completed, with the address of that someone and if you want me to send a bday note or some message just write it to me in the same message and I’ll be glad of put a cute note along with the gift.

CARE:

Even though most of my dolls are children friendly they need to be treated with respect and care. The dolls with moving arms are specially delicate and if treated roughly the arms can become loose after a while. Must of my pieces are not suited for children when they are I do make a remark of it in the description.

COPY RIGHT:

If you want to use any of my images for your web site or blog please do with the proper credits of it.
